Exchange and Refunds
Wrong size, the fit is not right – we understand it might be tricky to buy the perfect kids shoes at once. We're glad to help. Use WhatsApp button or Contact page.
We can offer to exchange your purchase for another size or design of the same value. Full refunds will be offered for defective items only or if there’s no stock to replace your items. We refund if your baby first shoes don’t fit either. No refund is offered for sales items.
As a compliment we'll ship the exchange item for free once and arrange courier pick up from you. For subsequent exchanges customer bears all the return shipping expenses. No free pick up/exchange deliveries for discounted items, but we help you to arrange courier service for $5 only (one way delivery).
Please make sure the shoes are unused and in original condition. The shoe box must also be intact. Please pack the box properly, wrap it in waterproof material. We're not liable for lost or damaged postages.
You can always drop the item yourself at our showroom, just remember to make an appointment.
